HSCP Directorate Administration Team Manager

The Administration Team Manager (ATM) provides high-quality administrative management and coordination support to the HSCP directorate. The directorate comprises 8 HSCP departments including audiology, clinical nutrition and dietetics, medical social work, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, occupational therapy and speech & language therapy. The role includes responsibility and accountability for the leadership and supervision of the directorate administration team He/she will be responsible for ensuring optimal clinical administrative support is provided to the HSCP departments in an efficient, cost-effective and streamlined manner. The post holder provides administration support to the HSCP directorate lead including diary management, organising and minuting meetings and managing communications to the directorate management team.
