The person appointed to this post will work within Older Persons Residential Services as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a co-ordinated approach to patient/resident care.

Older Persons Residential Services within HSE Mid West promotes and engages in a person-centred approach to caring for the older person.

Services provided in Older Person Residential Services may include:

· Long Term Residential care

· Rehabilitation services

· Respite care

· Palliative care

· Community Day Hospital services

· Day care services
