St. Camillus Hospital Limerick, Residential and Day Hospital Services are operated by the Health Service Executive (HSE) Mid West.
Situated on the Shelbourne Road, Limerick, this 100 bed hospital provides for the Care of the Older Person and also has REHAB/Stroke units as well as day hospital services and many other HSE services accommodated on the campus.
The Catering Department at St. Camillus Hospital provides catering services to clients in long stay, respite and rehab residential care, and mental health services, in addition to hospital staff and visitors and to Mental Health Community Units throughout the city.
The department provides an efficient, cost effective, quality catering service to meet the nutritional requirements of all service users in compliance with all legislative standards pertaining to the service.
The structure of the catering department team comprises the following staff:
o Catering Officer
o Executive Chef
o Chefs Grade I & II
o Catering Attendant
The post holder will report to the Executive Chef and department management.
There is currently one permanent whole-time vacancy available in the Catering Department, St. Camillus Hospital, Limerick.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for St. Camillus Hospital, Limerick from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
