Hsemw Clinical Nurse Specialist Neuro-rehabilitation Community Team

The professional reporting relationship for clinical governance and clinical supervision will be to the Assistant Director of Public Health Nursing through the professional line management structure. The clinical reporting relationship is to the senior clinical decision maker who has responsibility for the service/service user. Operational governance for this post will be through the Operational Team Manager. The above reporting relationship is under review and may change.
