The role of the Electrician is the provide support to the Maintenance Department – HSE Mid West (Limerick, Clare & North. Tipperary) in providing and delivering a coordinated service to HSE facilities.

The Maintenance Department at HSE Mid West provides a comprehensive maintenance back-up to all Health Service Executive (HSE) premises, both owned and rented, in Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary, as may be requested.

The Maintenance Department provides services to client groups across all service areas. It is currently developing to meet increasing demand, due to the upgrading and expansion of existing services and the introduction of new services. The post holder will be part of a team of maintenance staff which includes: Maintenance Supervisor, Craftsmen, Semi-skilled Labourers and General Operatives.

There is 1 WTE permanent position available in St. Ita’s Community Hospital. Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick.
