Hsemw Engagement Officer Public Health

The purpose of the Grade VII Engagement Officer is to:

Actively engage through a variety of for a with community members and stakeholders throughout the Mid-West. The initial focus is on Limerick City and County as part of the marmot place initiative. The focus of which is identifying and reducing Health Inequities through a social determinants of health approach.

The applicant will be expected to work independently and lead in this work and where required provide supervision to team members.

The post holder will work within the Office of Health Equity which is the central coordinating body to lead the development of the Limerick Health Equity Region. The post holder will be responsible for tracking progress of health equity initiatives.
