Hsemw Human Resources

The Grade VII Human Resources, will be assigned authority to aid in the development, delivery and implementation of the HR Function, within HSE Mid West Community Services.

S/he will be will provide HR advises/expertise and support to Line Managers and will take a lead role in relation to all HR Matters within Community Services.

S/he responsibility will be to support and assist in all areas of human resource management including but limited to recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement and all other HR initiatives with s/he may be assigned to.
