Human Resource Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Administrator to join our Human Resource team at Fota Island Resort & The Kingsley.
This position is an entry level role and would be most suitable for graduates of Human Resource studies or a business-related field looking to commence their career within the HR function.
This role will provide the opportunity to get varied, hands-on experience while working to further develop your HR skills and expertise.
This position is fully on-site and requires working across both properties. Full Drivers Licence and own car essential.

What we are looking for:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) desirable
· Strong administration, computer and social media skills and knowledge.
· Strong, dynamic personality with a creative outlook
· Ability to work within a busy team and on own initiative
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good level of problem solving and decision-making skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships
· Full clean driver’s licence
Responsibilities:
- Responding to HR queries in a timely manner
- Providing administration support to the HR team
- Assisting with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Assist with recruitment function including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, reference checking etc
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff
- Assist with HR record keeping and filing
- Assist with updating the TMS Alkimii
- Assisting in creating training reports and maintaining training records to keep managers updated of progress.
· Work with the HR team to develop presentations, toolbox talks, and associate well-being events across both hotels.
· Assist with any projects as required
