Hygiene Operative

Key Responsibilities

•Perform all hygiene tasks per SOPs, hygiene schedules, and training, including night cleaning routines where applicable, ensure factory readiness at all times

•Clean equipment and production areas as per cleaning schedules, including amenities where required.

•Moving heavy machinery such as production belts and rollers to deep clean.

•Operating heavy machinery such as mobile staircase and scissor lift to clean at heights.

•Complete all required instructions on paperwork and/ or electronic records accurately for traceability and compliance.

•Work safely with cleaning chemicals, ensuring correct concentrations and PPE usage as per company Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality SOPs

•Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a food-safe environment.

•Check, maintain, and correctly store cleaning equipment and auxiliary items e.g., hoses, lances, nozzles

•Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management.
