We are now seeking an experienced ICT Operations Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable and innovative ICT services that support our mission every day.

As our senior technical specialist, you will help ensure that the digital systems supporting our residential, day, respite, community and clinical services are secure, resilient and efficient. Your work will directly support colleagues delivering life-enhancing services across County Wicklow and South Dublin.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead the day-to-day operation, security and reliability of ICT services across multiple locations

✅ Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues

✅ Manage and enhance Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune environments

✅ Drive cyber security, access management, disaster recovery and business continuity

✅ Support major ICT projects and system implementations

✅ Collaborate with leaders, service managers and external ICT partners to improve service delivery

✅ Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience

What We're Looking For

You may be the right fit if you have:

• Significant experience in ICT operations, infrastructure or systems administration
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills
• Strong knowledge of cyber security, identity management and information governance
• Experience supporting complex multi-site environments
• A passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving and continuous improvement
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

�� Grade VI Salary Scale: €58,477 - €71,441 (LSI)

�� 35-hour working week
