Northern Ireland Screen is seeking an organised, motivated and detail‑driven ILBF Officer to support the delivery of the Irish Language Broadcast Fund (ILBF). This role is ideal for someone passionate about Irish‑language media and keen to support the development of the production sector.

Northern Ireland Screen is seeking an organised, motivated and detail‑driven ILBF Officer to support the delivery of the Irish Language Broadcast Fund (ILBF). This role is ideal for someone passionate about Irish‑language media and keen to support the development of the production sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support ILBF funding applications and administration
- Assist with financial monitoring, contract management and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and manage the ILBF online application portal
- Support training programmes and supervise ILBF trainees
- Liaise with production companies, broadcasters and other stakeholders
- Assist with marketing, publicity and ILBF events
- A third‑level qualification OR two years’ relevant administrative experience.
- At least one year’s administrative experience (including maintaining records/databases).
- Experience working with financial documentation (budgets, invoices, cashflow).
- High standard of written and spoken Irish and English.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrable interest in the media sector, especially Irish‑language media
- Experience supporting or delivering training/development programmes.
- Experience administering funding, grants or programme applications.
- Experience in media production (audio/TV/film/digital).
- Experience using online application portals or CRM systems.
