About Us

iM3 Dental Ltd is a global leader in veterinary dental solutions, known for our innovation, dedication to education, and passion for animal care. We are expanding our Advanced Clinical Education (ACE) offerings and are looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Education Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role

As the Education Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and ongoing development of our education department – especially the ACE wetlabs. You will be responsible for coordinating events, managing the ACE team, and continuously improving operations to deliver an exceptional learning experience for both lecturers and participants.

This is a hands-on role that demands strategic thinking, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of moving parts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Wetlab Management:

• Schedule and book ACE courses and venues across Europe
• Oversee logistics for travel, accommodation, catering, and materials
• Supervise equipment and venue maintenance
• Coordinate international and external wetlab events

Team Leadership:

• Manage and delegate tasks to the ACE team
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Foster open communication within the team and broader organisation

Operational Excellence:

• Develop and implement SOPs and workflows for efficiency
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and preparation of training materials
• Manage invoicing, pricing, and budget tracking
• Maintain high health & safety standards

Continuous Improvement:

• Review and update processes and documentation
• Promote a culture of innovation and service excellence
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through a high-quality learner experience

Benefits:

• €40,000 - €45,000 p.a. salary based on experience
• Employer pension contributions (after successful completion of probation period)
• Private healthcare plan (after successful completion of probation period)
• 20 days holiday allowance with Time in Lieu where weekend work is required
