IMS Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager, Grade VII will be a member of the ICT Team with the responsibility for delivery of effective and efficient IT Service Management to the Hospital in line with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
