Inbound Sales & Support Executive

We are now looking to recruit an additional Inbound Sales & Support Executive for our Dublin office. This is a superb opportunity to join a growing business that is passionate about making a positive difference to the world we live in.

• To gain a full in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
• To provide sales assistance to builders and electricians working on PV installations.
• To ultimately provide remote technical support to customers.

Full training will be provided.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and generally good IT skills
• Good mathematical ability
• Practical experience in DIY, electrical work or construction, troubleshooting etc
• A genuine interest in the environment and/or renewable energy
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel Spreadsheets
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative

A competitive salary will be offered based on previous experience and track record and likely to be in the region of €28k to €35k plus profit share scheme. Equally important, you will work in an environment where you will be valued and where your efforts will have a positive impact on the environment.
