Choice is seeking to recruit two Income Recovery Officers to manage rent collection and arrears recovery while supporting its customers to sustain their tenancies. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, involving frequent outbound and inbound calls to customers to discuss rent accounts and provide support.

This is a predominantly telephone-based role, involving frequent outbound and inbound calls to customers to discuss rent accounts and provide support.
