ABOUT THE ROLE<ul><li>Be the go to person on the ground for connectivity, hardware, and day to day systems across the business.</li><li>Own the relationship with the outsourced managed service provider.</li><li>Take a hands on role in cybersecurity, including firewalls and protecting systems and data.</li><li>Help meet regulatory obligations, including DORA, building on the gap analysis already completed.</li><li>Get involved in IT projects and play an active part in the IT Committee.</li></ul>ABOUT THE PERSON<ul><li>A broad IT generalist across connectivity, hardware, and cybersecurity fundamentals.</li><li>Comfortable managing an outsourced MSP relationship.</li><li>Regulated environment experience, and awareness of DORA, a real plus.</li><li>A self-starter and a driver who takes ownership and makes things happen.</li><li>Keen to grow into an IT Manager role as the department expands.</li></ul>
