Choice is seeking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure and Security Analyst, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Analyst with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. This role combines traditional infrastructure responsibilities—supporting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems—with critical cybersecurity duties such as monitoring for threats, implementing security best practices, and assisting in compliance and incident response.

Choice is seeking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure and Security Analyst, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Analyst with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. This role combines traditional infrastructure responsibilities—supporting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems—with critical cybersecurity duties such as monitoring for threats, implementing security best practices, and assisting in compliance and incident response.
Essential criteria:
- At least 5 years working in ICT, at least 2 of which as part of an Infrastructure / 3rd Line role
- Experience of hosted cloud configuration, administration and licensing – preferably Microsoft Azure
- Previous experience in the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016 and above, Active directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- Previous experience configuring and maintaining cyber security systems – e.g. Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, MS Sentinel
- Previous experience installing and maintaining networks to include firewalls, switches (layer 2 and 3), routers
- Degree of flexibility as some out of hours working will be required
- UK driving licence and access to private transport
