Sunbeam House Services is seeking a dedicated Instructor / Supervisor to join our team in Ardbrae, Bray.

This is a Day Services role operating 2 days per week from a residential setting, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence, develop new skills, access their community and live meaningful lives of their choosing. You'll work alongside a supportive team committed to delivering person-centred supports every day. [Instructor...on Ardbrae | Word]

What You'll Do

✅ Deliver engaging day service programmes and learning opportunities

✅ Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maximise independence

✅ Promote community inclusion, education, training and meaningful participation

✅ Assist with personal care and wellbeing supports where required

✅ Encourage the development of life skills and valued social roles

✅ Support personal planning, goal tracking and progress reviews

✅ Work closely with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Need

✔ QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or equivalent validated by QQI) for the Grade 6402 scale

✔ Minimum Level 6 qualification in Social Care, Training, Education or a related discipline

✔ Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities

✔ Strong communication, organisational and IT skills

✔ A creative, person-centred approach

✔ Full clean driving licence
