Job Purpose
- Provide tailored, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships as the client’s key point of contact.
- Support clients to develop and follow a realistic plan that promotes stability, safety and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with external services to ensure support is consistent, joined-up and effective.
Essential Criteria
- 3 years’ experience working with socially excluded people.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, colleagues and external agencies.
- Experience delivering client-focused support and assessing strengths, needs and risks.
- Ability to self-manage, plan and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (mileage allowance provided),
- or if disabled, access to suitable transport to fulfil the requirements of the post, including responding at short notice.
- Willingness to undertake an Access NI check.
- Ability to register with and maintain NISCC registration.
