Duties & Responsibilities

• Estimating & measuring works
• Cost monitoring
• Preparation of interim applications for payments
• Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in their daily tasks
• Day to day commercial management of subcontractor packages
• Compiling and sending out tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
• Cost analysis of tender prices
• On-Site valuations and progress reports
• Monthly cost/value reports and management account
