Purpose of the Post:

The role of the interview Chairperson in the recruitment process is to represent the HSE recruitment services and uphold the values and principles of the HSE. The Chairperson will administer, oversee, and coordinate interviews, and ensure all candidates are assessed fairly and consistently, and that evidence of same is maintained.
