TLI Group are accepting applications for an IT Administrator.
The IT Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 systems across TLI Group while assisting with the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and automation technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to develop their skills in Microsoft 365, AI technologies, SharePoint, and business systems administration within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities• Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.• Support the development and maintenance of Microsoft Copilot prompts, agents and workflows.• Provide first-line support to users and assist with troubleshooting IT-related issues.• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.• Assist with user account management, system access requests and licence administration.• Support IT projects, process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company security, governance and data protection requirements.• Maintain accurate records and documentation of systems, processes and changes.
Qualifications & SkillsQualifications
- Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or coursework would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in Microsoft technologies, automation or AI tools.
Knowledge
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud technologies.
- Awareness of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive or Power Automate.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to organise tasks, manage priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
