The position is part of a 23-month structured graduate development program in the IT function. The program rotates on an 8-month rotating assignment basis in order to learn and develop the basic knowledge and skills in the various engineering areas of expertise.

The position rotates on an 8-monthly assignment basis:

  • Business Partnership
  • Solution Build
  • Service Delivery

Throughout the rotations, high-quality features will be delivered to support our enhancing IT world - this includes technical design, prototyping, implementation, tests scripts, and documentation. Business Engagement, Business Demand, and Case Management are some of the crucial elements, and will give the Graduate an all-rounded experience and enhance the IT and Business working relationship.

What you will do:

During each rotational assignment, participants will be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements
  • Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Ensure work completed is in compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to IT Global Change Control, computer systems validation, SOX, and IT Project Management standards and procedures.

SDLC

  • Ensure requirements and test scripts are clearly documented in clear, meaningful language, well organized for continuous maintenance for the life of the service, and accessible by relevant support resources.
  • Ensure due consideration is given to implement automated build, deployment, and test activities. Where automation is not tenable, ensure justification is documented with any plans and timelines to remediate.

What you will need:

Education & special trainings:

  • Minimum 2.1 Bachelor/Master’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Strong communication and relationship skills.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
