IT Technical Lead

The IT Technical Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality ICT support services primarily within their designated campus, ensuring that students and staff receive a responsive, reliable and secure IT service. The postholder will have responsibility for assigned elements of the College’s IT services on a cross-campus basis, working under the direction of senior staff within Operations, Systems, Network Infrastructure and Security. The role includes technical leadership, service improvement, incident management, endpoint and systems administration, security operations, staff supervision and support for the development and implementation of College ICT services.
