Junior Customer Account Assistant
The Marketing Hub is a small family run marketing logistic company with over 30 years’ experience. We are based in Ballyboughal, Co Dublin, just 10 minutes from Swords. Our core activity is logistical implementation of marketing activity for our clients which includes beverage companies, Telecoms operators, TV broadcasters and FMCG brands including many household names throughout Ireland.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in learning about our unique services and willing to learn our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast paced marketing logistics environment with a very strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with marketing professionals via phone/email regarding their logistics requirements
- Processing customer requests on our internal system.
- Monthly reporting and invoicing.
- Handling and troubleshooting customer queries and requests
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
- Ad-hoc administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Up to 1 years experience in an office-related role either in logistics or similar environment
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Strong focus on Customer Service
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn with very good communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Interested in the industry and keen to learn
- Perfectly fluent English essential
- Owner Transport Essential
