Job Title: Junior IT Support Analyst
Reporting to: Information Technology Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Monday – Sunday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
(weekend hours on roster)
Job Purpose
To provide technical support and assistance for the Company’s IT, Telecommunications and Radio network and associated systems in ensuring that the IT department’s services are efficiently maintained; personal safety and good housekeeping standards are as per Company Policy and Procedures; and to offer excellent customer services at all times.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Assisting the Information Technology department by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support via online ticketing system.
- Work alongside IT Servicedesk Lead to manage service requests, incidents, and changes in our online ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, mobile device and network issues for end users – on site and remote.
- Escalate complex issues to next level engineers (TSA) as required, providing clear context and information.
- Assist with user account management (password resets, permissions, onboarding/offboarding).
- Follow defined procedures and knowledge base articles to deliver consistent support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate engineering notes on BIA’s internal systems.
- Deliver solutions in a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
