It has manufacturing and research facilities in India, the USA and UK and a manufacturing facility in Ireland (Pinewood Healthcare).

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

To ensure that all Formulations and Pack-Specs are available from our Quality Department in a timely manner in order to be issued to Production on time. To work with the materials Co-Ordinator in ensuring that all Materials are QC tested and available to meet the Production Schedule. To ensure that all Batch Documentation is issued to the Production Lines to meet the Production Schedule and processed through the SAP computer system and Serialisation system if required.

JOB CONTENT
  • Batch Documentation – Checking on a monthly basis to ensure that all batch documentation is available to meet the Production Schedule and request same if not from our Quality Department and approval of same for Packaging Specifications.
  • Micro – Review monthly Production Schedule in order to highlight which products will require Micro testing to be carried out and issue relevant documentation for same.
  • Materials – Ensuring that all Materials are QC tested in adequate time to meet the Production Schedule and highlighting any potential issues to the Planning Department and also reporting on a monthly basis Raw Material supplier expiry details to the revelant departments.
  •  Issue of Batch Documentation  - To ensure that all Formulations and Packaging Specifications are issued to Production in a timely manner in order to meet the Production Schedule and processing of same in the Batch Number Issue Red Book.
  • SAP – Processing of same on SAP in a timely manner and ensuring that all information is accurate and correct.
  • Serialisation – Processing of same on the Serialisation system in a timely manner and ensuring that all information is accurate and correct and reporting same to the Production team
  • SOP – To ensure all functions are performed as per relevant SOP’s.
  • Deviations – Monthly deviation reports and investigation reports relevant to the Materials Department.
  • Change Control Forms – The writing up of CCF’S where relevant to the Materials Department.
  • Line Plans - Printing up of Production Line Plans with all up to date information of the Production Schedule to the Production Department to follow for the running of the manufacturing and packing rooms.
  • Any other functions deemed necessary by the department manager.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High Level of competency in Microsoft Excel and office.
  •  Strong Knowledge of SAP/ Serialisation / Tracelink systems.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Previous experience of cross-functional working
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
