This role is a great opportunity for somebody seeking to develop their publishing/production experience and knowledge in a highly supportive and innovative environment. The Junior Web Publisher will be trained to be proficient in various CMS’s used in Three Ireland. You will support our team of publishers to build and deploy content and experience changes across online and retail channels.
The types of content change you will support will vary from BAU (business as usual – pricing changes, assets swaps, copy changes, legal updates, tactical campaigns and products launches) to ongoing improvements and large projects.
What else it involves
- Proactively work with your team and stakeholder from across the business to build content changes across the website, apps and in-store retail tech.
- Accept, review and understand content change briefs from stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholder to clarify and update briefs that require more information or need alteration.
- Follow process and best practice to ensure content changes are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before publishing.
- Ensure all content is correct and journeys are working as expected before the planned launch dates, and make edits as required.
- Coordinate large volumes of content (text, images, video, icons, documents).
- Communicate delivery progress and challenges clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Support testing of new CMS Components and Templates.

Must Have:
- Experience using content management systems.
- Experience testing content changes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Quick to learn.
- Strong team player.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Passionate about Digital.
Nice to Have:
- A good eye for what makes great digital copy across channels.
- Experience working directly with Designers, Developers and QAs.
- Experience working on the build of new CMS components
- Experience working with partners and 3rd party vendors.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile mythology.
- An understanding of SEO and UX best practice.
- Experience using task tracking software like Jira.
- Knowledge of collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Teams, and the Office 365 suite, etc.
