  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Liaise with clients to arrange bookings, confirm sessions and provide timely project updates.
  • Prepare projects for post production, ensuring all required media, documentation and deliverables are in place before sessions begin.
  • Coordinate the movement of media between departments and support smooth handovers across editorial, colour, audio and VFX workflows.
  • Help maintain production schedules, booking calendars and resource allocation across edit suites, sound studios and VFX resources.
  • Assist with media management, deliveries, archive requests and project wrap-up.
  • Attend production meetings and take accurate notes where required.

  • Maintain accurate project records, administrative documentation and reports.
Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, shown through work, education, volunteering, personal projects or creative practice.
  • Experience communicating clearly and professionally with a range of people, including clients, colleagues or stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain high attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules, records or documentation.
  • Evidence of using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or equivalent tools for planning, communication or administration.
  • A proactive approach to learning, with demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
  • Familiarity with post production workflows, including offline editing, online finishing, colour grading, audio post or VFX processes.
  • Experience with industry-standard software such as Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Previous experience in a media, broadcast, customer service or administrative role, including work experience or internships.
