Technical Support Co-Ordinator

Alltech Ireland is looking to recruit a Technical Support Co-ordinator for the KEENAN Irish market. This position is under the umbrella of Alltech Ireland and the successful candidate will be employed by Alltech Ireland, but will be based in the KEENAN offices in Borris, Co. Carlow, therefore you must be within commuting distance of Borris, Co. Carlow

This is a customer-facing role involving giving technical machine support and assistance to KEENAN customers across Ireland. The successful candidate will also be involved in the efficient running of the KEENAN parts warehouse also based on site.

Duties will include:

• Troubleshooting customer technical machine issues on the phone and occasionally in person
• Logging calls/visits onto relevant CRM database
• Selling spares and taking card payments
• Assistance with packing customer orders in warehouse
• Follow up on warranty claims
• Liaising with service engineers regarding breakdowns/repairs and spares stocks
• Assisting KEENAN Ireland Service Manager and other team members as required
• Working with and updating relevant CRM systems and order processing systems

Candidate requirements:

• A good knowledge of farming and farm machinery is desirable
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm is a requirement for the role
