Key Account Executive

Specific Purpose Contract until August 2027, based on customer location in Leixlip, Co. Kildare

Join our team as a Key Account Specialist

Here you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high levels of performance and satisfaction for our customer on site. As a member of this exclusive team, you will contribute in providing 1st and 2nd line support, conducting comprehensive triage, and managing Incidents and Service Requests in alignment with agreed service level targets.

What else it involves

  • Foster a strong customer-centric culture, to uphold service level agreements and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage a diverse range of Key Account processes and activities, taking ownership and driving solutions and improvements.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage escalations, serving as the primary point of contact for all internal queries.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager on this account, offering guidance on the management of the account.
  • Take ownership of issues and focus on efficiency, optimisation, and innovation.

The skills we're looking for

  • Reporting skills
  • Billing Management: Handle the full cycle of billing processes, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive billing reports using Excel and other financial tools to provide insights into billing trends, payment statuses, and discrepancies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse billing data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to the customer.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Desirable Skills

  • 12 months experience in a business environment, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of personal development.
  • Strong teamwork ethic with a dedication to supporting colleagues and achieving departmental goals.
  • Capacity to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including reporting, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
