The Role
Are you ready to drive excellence in Quality on a global scale? As our Key Account Manager, Quality, you will take ownership of all Quality matters for a portfolio of valued customer accounts, building strong, direct relationships with their Quality teams. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, where you'll proactively manage client expectations, deliver tailored solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships.
Your day-to-day will involve engaging with customers through regular teleconferences and review meetings, visiting client sites, and participating in audits. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on Quality during business process review, design, risk assessment, and optimisation, always championing continuous improvement whilst ensuring full compliance with cGMP, Almac SOPs, and company policies.
In addition, you'll play a pivotal part in reviewing and approving Quality documentation, conducting global trending analyses, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive success. What we are looking for
· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK
· Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
· Experience in a customer-facing role
· Experience of managing a global customer account
· Managing multiple customers at one time
· Experience of presenting via MS Teams and in person at Customer Review Meetings
