Location: Crumlin: 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday or Longer days Monday to Thursday with half day Friday. 

What does the Key Accounts Executive role involve?

This role is responsible for managing the commercial relationships of multiple high-value contract manufacturing clients. As the primary point of contact, the Key Accounts Executive (KAE) will cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with both existing key customers and prospective clients. The KAE will drive sustained growth by maintaining and expanding sales of Randox products—including both standard and OEM offerings—across global key accounts.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of our contract manufacturing accounts.
  • Develop and implement account strategies tailored to client needs, aligning manufacturing capabilities with client expectations.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and resolution of any issues.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive terms.
  • Monitor account performance and sales targets, analyse client feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings.
Who can apply?
Essential Criteria:
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science, or Business-related discipline.
  • Previous sales or account management experience within B2B.
  • Demonstrable experience/examples of growing accounts/sales.
  • Strong presentation skills in both creation and delivery.
  • Possess a full driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
  • Sales/Account management experience within Life Science industries.
  • Good understanding of contracting manufacturing.
  • Experience in dealing stakeholders such as Lab Managers, Scientist etc
