RESPONSIBLE TO: Head Chef
TERMS: Permanent full time position – part-time hours may be considered

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To help maintain high levels of service and assist in the smooth running of the kitchens by cleaning
All kitchenware to the required standard as well as carrying out other additional cleaning and
Storage duties.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential requirements of the role

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Previous experience of working in a similar position
• Current food safety certificate
• Awareness of HACCP Systems
• Manual handling training
• COSHH training

Salary
£26,728.00 per annum. Pro rata for part-time hours.
