The Laboratory Manager’s job is to co-ordinate, manage and provide clinical and scientific leadership for the Laboratory Department in St Lukes Kilkenny; to be responsible for the day to day running of the department, scientific and allied staff; to have a strategic approach to the development of services and structures; to embrace continuous quality improvement and technological development and to manage the changes necessary to achieve organisational objectives.
