Laboratory Sampler

Location: Navan, County Meath 

Full-time, Permanent 

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the company for a sample preparation position,

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To undertake routine preparation and analysis of samples.

• Perform the preparation of production & geological samples in accordance with SOPs.

• To assist with the management of laboratory equipment e.g. monitoring, recording, calibration and maintenance.

• To undertake any other sample preparation and analysis work assigned to them.

• To keep up to date with changes in technology.

• To attend training and development courses as required.

• Develop new & existing documentation & risk assessments.

• To participate in safety, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

• To calculate and report results in a timely manner.

• To record results obtained in LIMS.

Experience and Qualifications:

 The successful candidate will possess a relevant third level education or equivalent technical qualification. Previous experience in a technical role would be advantageous.

Additional Info: 

• This role will be regular hours 7:30-16:00 Monday to Friday with possibility to adapt working hours in line with business needs
