What you'll do

  • Create and maintain detailed layouts for assortment categories being mindful of retail trends, merchandising principles and maximising shelf capacities

  • Analyse product and layout performance to identify opportunities for improvements and optimization with layouts

  • Lead with cross functional project teams from across the business to introduce new layout concepts, optimise space and drive innovation in stores

  • Work closely with Commercial and Operations on the planning, management and analysis of promotional products and layouts

  • Conduct test builds and in-store trials to ensure a high service level to store teams

What you'll need

  • Store experience

  • Confidence to take new challenges and work on your own initiative

  • Creative and able to think outside the box to identify opportunities, create concepts

  • Highlight organised and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to integrate into and work as part of an established team.

  • Full driving licence

What you'll receive

  • €51,000 rising to €65,000 after 3 years
