KNOW THE ROLE
A lead artist is a true brand ambassador who lives and breathes our values. Combining artistry and commerce – our lead artists drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry. A lead artist has a track record of delivering results at retail artist level and can lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPI’s
- Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge
- Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation
- Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines
- Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail Artists
- Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge
- Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensure appointments are fully booked
- Bring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing idea
- Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards always, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines
