JOB PURPOSE:
The Lead ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Avaya Aura Unified Communications Platform including all components, Supplier/Contract Management, Incident & Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Communications. Another key aspect of this role will involve liaising closely with a number of key business users and third-party Service providers.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience within the last 4 years of working in Incident & Service Request Management, Change & Problem Management. (Please include dates)
