78 hours per fortnight

The successful person will be working as part of an innovative management team, that is working in partnership with Leadership experts to deliver sustainable change in our practice, and in turn improve the outcomes for the individuals we support.

Leading teams will play a key role and it is expected that your leadership skills will deliver positive change for all. Focus will be on driving change and delivering positive outcomes.

The role incorporates Person in Charge responsibilities, which requires a management qualification and experience in managing teams.

Essential requirements:

Relevant recognised Degree in Social Care

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care

Recognised Management Course

Excellent communication skills

Full current driving license & own transport
