Join us a Learning & Capability Manager

Support the strategy and delivery of learning and capability solutions that enable business performance, drive Agile adoption, and build skills for now and the future.

What else it involves

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear learning and capability plans.
  • Direct and coach the Development Partners and Digital Learning team.
  • Oversee prioritisation and allocation of learning initiatives to ensure highest impact.
  • Drive the development of digital, scalable, and human-centred learning solutions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and act as a key partner across Agile transformation efforts.
  • Measure impact and continuous improvement based on business outcomes.
  • Budget management.

The skills we're looking for

  • Strong management and people development experience.
  • Proven performance consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in digital learning and scalable solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile working practices and learning in transformation contexts.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and communication skills.

  • Business-critical capabilities are embedded and improving performance.
  • Learning initiatives are targeted, scalable, and outcomes-focused.
  • High engagement from senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Team is performing effectively with clear priorities.
