We are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator  to join our Global Learning and Development team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

 you will be performing the below key duties:

Key Duties:

The Learning & Development Administrator is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Administration of all aspects of the enrolment process for new joiners and ongoing maintenance of all learner information on the global learning management system (LMS)
  • Administration (both on and offline depending on learning solution) of all training rollouts delivered by the Global L&D team. Support internal stakeholders with creating learning events an
  • Maintain all training content, in collaboration with L&D colleagues to ensure materials remain up to date.
  • Supporting the L&D team as needed with scheduling of offline learning activities including liaising with internal or external stakeholders, event planning, logistic support and any record keeping that may be required.
  • Updating and maintenance of L&D forms, job aids, policies and procedures and proactively suggesting improvements where needed to streamline work practice and drive efficiencies.
  • Coordinate all audit related activities on behalf of the L&D team – liaising with audit teams, producing reports and evidence as required, storage and record keeping as it relates to both internal and external audit activities.
  • Manage and monitor the centralised L&D mailbox ensuring that queries are responded to and closed out in a timely manner.
  • Acting in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements, including complying with policies and procedures; and 
  • Managing sensitive and confidential matters and protecting the security of information, data and files.

Requirements

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Third level qualification in business, education or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally in a HR or L&D team.
  • Effective in planning and organising work, showing an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starting, result orientated and driven to deliver high standards of work product.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to collaborate well with others.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
