Role Focus

At Eleetlx, we are a fast-growing RegTech start-up transforming how regulated industries learn, train, and stay compliant. We build technology-led learning solutions that combine compliance expertise with modern, engaging experiences.

This role is focused on leading the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our learning solutions are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a consistently high standard as we grow.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to turn strategy into execution, build practical systems and processes, and ensure the business runs smoothly as customer demand increases. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building operational discipline in an early-stage company.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Eleetlx, ensuring smooth delivery of learning and compliance solutions to customers.
  • Translate company goals into clear operational plans, priorities, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across the business.
  • Identify operational gaps or bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
  • Ensure teams are aligned, resourced appropriately, and focused on execution.

Learning & Content Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning content, ensuring accuracy, regulatory alignment, and quality.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, product, and compliance teams to ensure content meets regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Maintain operational processes for content updates in line with regulatory changes.
  • Ensure timelines, delivery standards, and client commitments are consistently met.

Product & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the operational bridge between product, learning, compliance, sales, and customer success.
  • Provide operational input into product planning to ensure new features and content can be delivered effectively.
  • Feed customer and operational insights back into product and content improvements.
  • Support launches and updates by coordinating internal teams and delivery readiness.

Customer Delivery & Experience

  • Ensure customers receive a reliable, high-quality service from onboarding through ongoing delivery.
  • Support customer success efforts by resolving delivery issues and improving operational touchpoints.
  • Help define and monitor service standards, SLAs, and key delivery metrics.
  • Build feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience.

Process, Data & Performance

  • Define and track operational KPIs related to delivery, quality, timelines, and customer outcomes.
  • Use data to improve planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
  • Establish simple, effective reporting to give leadership visibility into operational performance.
  • Continuously improve processes as the business scales.

Compliance & Risk Support

  • Ensure operational processes support regulatory and compliance requirements across learning solutions.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal advisors to implement changes into delivery workflows.
  • Maintain documentation and controls that support audit readiness and risk management.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, support, and develop a small but growing operations and learning delivery team.
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and accountability for day-to-day work.
  • Create a collaborative, delivery-focused culture with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Support onboarding and training as the team grows.

Financial & Resource Management (Operational Focus)

  • Manage operational budgets, suppliers, and resources within agreed limits.
  • Support forecasting and planning by providing realistic delivery and capacity inputs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading learning, training, or content delivery operations in a regulated or compliance-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end learning delivery, content governance, and quality assurance.
  • Experience managing content updates driven by regulatory or policy change.
  • Confident working with subject matter experts, product, and compliance teams to deliver accurate, scalable learning solutions.
  • Operationally strong, with the ability to turn strategy into clear processes, timelines, and execution.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience delivering reliable, high-quality learning services.
  • Hands-on leader comfortable building structure, improving delivery discipline, and scaling learning operations in a growing business.
