GRADE:  7

JOB PURPOSE:
To deliver an effective and efficient Learning & Organisational Development (LOD) service, manage the L&OD team and deliver a professional, proactive, customer orientated and high-quality L&OD solutions to support NIHE business and OD objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Degree Level Qualification or equivalent* (Level 6) in a relevant subject e.g. Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Learning & Development
OR
ii) Degree or equivalent level qualification (L6) and can demonstrate equivalent underpinning knowledge and continuing professional development. This will normally include a Learning and Development qualification and/or membership of a professional body.
It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency
