We are looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Manager to lead and deliver strategic learning initiatives that strengthen our culture, support our people, and drive the Simon Learns pillar of our People Plan 2024–2029.

In this role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering an ambitious, people‑centred L&D strategy that ensures our teams have the knowledge, confidence, and support to make a real difference.

What you’ll do
As our Learning & OD Manager, you will:

• Lead transformative learning initiatives
• Design and implement a refreshed, engaging induction programme for all new starters.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, maintaining accurate reporting and oversight.
• Drive digital innovation in learning
• Lead the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).
• Curate high‑quality content, develop our Learning Hub, and create personalised learning pathways that support staff development at every level.
• Embed trauma‑informed practice
• Integrate trauma‑informed training, principles, and approaches across organisational learning and day‑to‑day practice.
• Partner with leaders across the organisation
• Work closely with managers and senior leaders to develop bespoke team development plans.
• Shape future-focused organisational learning strategies that build capability, promote wellbeing, and strengthen our values‑driven culture.
