Learning Systems Administrator – (Job Ref: 26N/LYSA)

Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4LF.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent. 

Working Hours / Shifts: 8am to 5.40pm Monday to Thursday and 8.40am to 12.40pm on a Friday.

What does this role involve?

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for learning and development activities across the business.. The main duties of the role include: 

• Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programmes. 
• Maintaining training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). 
• Administering training plans and learning events. 
• Monitoring training completion, producing routine reports. 
• Supporting audit activities.
• Responding to Manager and employee training queries.


Who can apply?

Essential criteria:


• Experience in an administrative, training, compliance, quality, or customer service environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and data.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. 
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. 


Desirable:

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS) or a similar data entry software.
• Experience supporting training administration activities.
• Experience engaging with internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• A relevant qualification or experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Business Administration or related discipline.
