To teach in the area of Professional Cookery as directed by the Head of Department/Deputy Head of Department to standards and quality defined by the College and, where applicable, the Awarding Organisation.
To follow schemes of work within the agreed subject areas, as defined by the Head of Department. The Post holder should devise their own scheme to be agreed with Head of Department.
