The Job

  • The Wilson Nesbitt Treasury & Accounts team uses computerised systems to process large volumes of transactions to services the firm’s requirements & is located in our Bangor office;
  • We require an experienced accounts administrator/ book keeper to work as part of this team;
  • Duties will include a variety of postings & reconciliations, use of on-line banking programs & assisting staff who have accounts queries;
  • The post is full time with flexible hours arrangements considered;

Requirements

  • A number of years’ experience in an accounts position in any business.
  • Experience of working on computerised accounting systems;
  • Knowledge of Excel & Outlook;
  • Knowledge of on-line banking;
  • Solicitors’ accounts experience helpful but is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Experience of processing of large volumes of transactions helpful but not essential.
