Legal Advisor

Competition and Consumer Protection CommissionDublin

The Legal Advisor will work with the wider team in the Legal Services Division to provide advice to the Commission and its various Divisions on all legal matters. In particular, you will be required to advise on competition law and consumer protection law (including product safety), and will take an active role in all legal aspects of the CCPC’s work.

Job Location:
Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Bloom House, Railway Street, Dublin 1

Maximum Salary:
€60,486/ Minimum Salary: €48,028

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have been called to the Bar in the State or have been admitted and be currently enrolled as a solicitor in the State or hold a professional qualification in law which would be acceptable to the CCPC as being equivalent to the above and have at work experience either in a law firm, as a practising barrister, as in-house counsel, or in the public sector.
