Legal Caseworker

Berkeley Solicitors is a firm specialising in immigration law. They are looking to recruit a Legal Caseworker to join their team.

The role will include the following tasks:

• Drafting immigration applications and correspondence to the relevant bodies;
• Liaising with clients and relevant bodies on behalf of the solicitors;
• Providing assistance to the solicitors on litigation files;
• Normal office administrative duties;
• Legal research;
• Social media.

Legal Caseworker skills:

• Law degree;
• Experience in Immigration/Protection/Human Rights legal practice areas;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Highly organised and capable of working to deadlines;
• An ability to manage a busy workload;
• Excellent manner with clients and colleagues;
• Excellent administration skills;
• Strong IT skills.
